Safety Protocol During COVID-19
In response to COVID-19, our practice has developed several protocols and procedures to help to create a safe environment for all of our patients and team members. Safety is our top concern and we are taking every precaution to provide the safest conditions for our patients, our team, and our families.
- Patients are encouraged to wear their own masks.
- Patient interviews prior to and at the time of appointment including the use of a no-touch thermometer.
- All common areas and utilized treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitized between patients.
- Patients are encouraged to limit the number of people attending their appointments.
- Guests will be asked to wait in cars instead of the waiting rooms.
- Doctor, hygienist, and assistants will utilize enhanced PPE and localized aerosol-reduction aids where appropriate.
- Appointment times have been staggered to reduce the number of patients in the office at one time. Patients will be encouraged to call the office when they are in the parking lot so someone can screen them in the car and bring them the appropriate paperwork.
